Two Master of Public Health (M.P.H.) degree options are available:
One-Year Master's Degree (July-May) The one-year option is designed to train current health professionals and current medical school students with significant experience in the MCH field. The program requires the completion of a year-long community-based research project with a public health agency, organization or research group.
Two-Year Master's DegreeThe two-year option provides training for post-baccalaureate students with demonstrated quantitative and analytical abilities and work or volunteer experience in the MCH field. The curriculum emphasizes analytical and research training, includes a three-month summer field placement, and requires the completion of a research thesis.
